We’ve been advertising with a new Google advertising product called ‘PMax’ (short for performance max) and it seems that it’s placing adverts in confusing places sometimes.

If you don’t mind, was it a particular location or site you were on / reading which made you think you were going to be registering for UKTV? We’re trying to get to the bottom of it with Google and knowing that information would be really helpful as we try to make sure noone else gets misled.

Really appreciate your support and as said once already, I’ve marked you account and data on our service for deletion. It’ll get cleaned out automatically after a short grace period (a day or so).
