Price classificaton for filtering#204

Adidng in maintenance records from previous owner and would be nice to be able to flag somehow in the cost insights. Currently, I just show the records from my ownership dates but would be cool to maybe filter out based on tags (I have older entries tagged as ‘Prevous Owner’) or similar.
